Salmona en Panna Fresh Scottish salmon, sautéed in a seasoned breadcrumb, drizzled with a lemon saffron butter sauce, served with blanched asparagus and sautéed spinach with mushrooms and gorgonzola cheese. $23.95
Frutti di Mare Fresh sea scallops, PEI mussels, plump shrimp and littleneck clams sautéed in garlic oil with Spanish onions, tomatoes, wild mushrooms and basil. Flamed with white wine and accented with lemon. Finished with a touch of marinara and served over a nest of linguine pasta. $23.95
Vitello ala Valdosta con Capesante Tender medallions of veal floured and sautéed in garlic butter with wild mushrooms, artichoke hearts, fresh basil and prosciutto di Parma. Finished in a white wine and lemon sauce and topped with shrimp, scallops and melted provolone. Served over a nest of linguine pasta. $23.95
